Prashant Datt, a Kiwi Fiji Indian percussionist born and raised in Auckland. I started learning to play Tabla at the age of 7 and have been playing and learning since 1997. In 2006, I went to India to learn Tabla professionally for two months.
Aside from Tabla, I have also been playing Dhol since 2014, which I taught myself by being a percussionist. I am capable of playing various percussion instruments such as drums, Dholki, Congos, Bongos, Octopad, and more.
